We have not seen Dynamo in the Champions League. There were no broadcast from Glasgow a week ago [at least on Russian TV] and in Khimki yesterday it was not real Dynamo.
Talking about the advantages of the White-Blues several days ago the forward of Arsenal Andrey Arshavin underlined their well-organized teamplay. And if he could watch the yesterday’s match he would probably disavow his statements.
There was no teamplay in Dynamo. It was split…and this happened on the back of a primitive, with no secrets Celtic.
And what was the reason for this? Ordinary things – lack of experience, no habit of playing twice a week, glut of adrenalin in blood.
Kobelev’s players just could not find physical power for the final speed-up and totally lost the initiative. As a result two conceded goals and no more Champions League for the Russian team.
"At the end of the match we flattened ourselves to our goal and were only warding off attacks," lamented the captain of Dynamo Dmitry Khokhlov.
