BARULIN: IT WAS AN ACCIDENT

CSKA goalkeeper Konstantin Barulin commented on his crucial mistake in Tuesday Moscow derby against Dynamo.

The 25-year-old Army man agreed to talk about his mistake at the end of the match with Dynamo at Luzhniki when the score was 2:2.

"It was an accident", said Barulin. "Our rivals attacked our goal very often, I relaxed and lost concentration, and as the result I didn’t react. Despite it twisted, I should have caught it. And the most unpleasant thing is that I conceded three similar goals this season".

"I would be glad to play with Evgeniy Nabokov in the Russian national team. Former CSKA coaches invited me to the national team last season, but this year I didn’t get a callup".
