One of the leaders of Russia’s attacks Andrei Arshavin is convinced his team should demonstrate better football against Group Four favorites Germany.
"We dominated the game before halftime, though we scored only once from a spot-kick," said Arshavin to Sport Express. "The second half was more problematic for us, and Welsh players calmed down and improved their football. However after they replied for Pavlyuchenko’s first-half goal, they got frightened again and didn’t know what to do."
"Our next clash will be Germany in October, and we need to show much better performance."
